You'll have a the complete dust bag, water tank, and a hard floor solution. The S1 Pro is a powerful small machine that can cleans up a mess and is a great vacuum cleaner too. The mops spin at high speeds and can apply 2.2 pounds (1kg) of force, which makes short work of pet hair, dirt and dried sticky spills. auto vacuum has four power modes, a variety of brushes and attachments and a user-friendly application that lets you pick the type of cleaning you'd like to have for each room. You can, for example ask the robot to clean the kitchen and living room thoroughly but leave the bedroom in its own space. The S1 Pro's front collision sensors and smart navigation tech are superb, with the robot being able to detect tiny obstacles that other models have difficulty overcoming. The only problem is that it tends to hit walls and objects at full speed. However an inspection of the history of cleaning in the app will tell you exactly what the robot has completed, where it's moving, and what obstacles it has stumbled upon or avoided. A convenient LCD screen on the docking station tells you when maintenance jobs need to be done like emptying the debris tray, and washing the water tank that is dirty. It also mixes detergent into the tank by itself by using a 600ml eufy solution. Both the S1 Pro mop and vacuum come with a long-running time. The mop can run for 184 minutes in Quiet Mode and the vacuum can last for 136 minutes in standard mode, before needing to recharge or returning back to the base. The app is easy to use and intuitive that lets you look at all the details of the cleaning. 2. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the latest version of Roborock's most popular robot vacuum and mop is the most up-to-date version. It's not like the model from last year this one has an agitator that doubles in its mopping pad, which greatly improves carpet cleaning abilities. The S8 Pro Ultra has an improved suction capacity that enables it to pick up smaller hairs as well as other debris other robotic cleaners could miss. The Roborock model, like the other two I tried it has infrared and a reactive 3D obstacle avoidance technology to help it avoid obstacles such as furniture, walls, and other obstacles. The S8 Pro Ultra goes one step further and incorporates a dual-camera that can identify objects, determining if they're walls or other surfaces. It then can automatically alter its direction and clean them without missing a beat. It's the most expensive model I've tried, but it also has the most features. Its sleek and angular design is attractive and it has only three physical buttons: the power button, which can also restart cleaning; a mop button that doubles as a child lock and a home button that can send the robot back to its dock. Lifting the hinged lid, you will find the 350ml dust bin as well as a 200ml water tank. The water tank automatically emptys and the bin fills up automatically. The only issue I encountered with this model was that the VibraRise mop pads mount isn't removable. It is possible to replace the mopping cloth if required, but it's a challenge to take the mount off for washing manually. I've found that any plush carpet that the robot touches will be in contact with the rough Velcro-like fastener system on the mount, and could cause scratches. The S8 Pro Ultra is equipped with a number intelligent features that include support for Google Home and Amazon Alexa. The Roborock app allows you to manage and configure these advanced features. It also has maps and advanced mopping options. The app also allows you to schedule cleanings and monitor battery life and component maintenance. You'll need to go through a series of steps to activate voice control on this model. It's a shame considering how well-performing it is otherwise. 3. Dreame X40 The Dreame X40 robot vacuum and mop is a leader in the industry with its innovative features, top suction power and advanced mowing capabilities. Its clever design permits customized and efficient cleaning while saving you time. The X40 is the first robot vacuum cleaner to deliver 12,000 Pascals of cleaning power, which makes it one of the most effective alternatives available. This powerful vacuum cleans up dry mess, including pet hair and crumbs. It comes with a mop of high quality that cleans hard floors without using pads. The X40 is also extremely quiet in operation with only occasional bursts during mode changes or self-maintenance. The X40 has an additional side brush that can be extended and lifted. This lets it reach into corners that are difficult to reach and clean furniture that is curved such as table and chair legs. It also allows the robot to get under furniture that is low-profile, making it a great choice for small apartments and condominiums with small spaces. The side brush also automatically tilts down when detecting wet spots, which is a nice addition that helps the X40 to avoid causing damage to floors by repeated back-andforth movements. Contrary to other robots which only focus on one task, the X40 is capable of performing both vacuuming and mopping at the same time or individually. It can also be programmed to avoid areas that have carpet and only mop hard floors, and vice versa. It can be controlled via the Dreame App or Alexa, Siri, or Google Home to ensure smooth voice-controlled operation. The app is simple and user-friendly and the X40's intelligent features are easy to install. Users can program the X40 to clean at certain times. It can also be adjusted to adjust suction power, change modes, view floor plans and maps, and control mopping settings. The X40 can also monitor its progress and notify you when it's done. The X40 is easy to maintain and comes with numerous features that make it a great choice for busy families. Its docking station automatically empties the dustbin into a large 3.2 L bin, washes mop pads and refills them with fresh water and cleaning solution. It can also tell when the mop pad is overflowing and notify you before it overflows, thus reducing the necessity for manual maintenance. 4. L20 Ultra The L20 Ultra robot is one of the most expensive models available. However, it has several characteristics that make it stand out. Smart DuoScrub, which is a new feature on its mop heads, makes use of two high-speed mop heads to scrub floors more thoroughly. It also has a suction force of 7,000Pa. This is much higher than that of the Roborock S8 Pro Ultra or Ecovacs Deebot T20 Omni and can vacuum up pet hair and smaller dirt particles and also pick up spills and wet spots. The mop is cleaned and dried at the base station each time they are used. This is beneficial as it keeps mould and unpleasant odours from accumulating in the storage. It also makes the mop system more efficient. This is a system we've yet to see on other robot vacuums and mop models and it could be a good method of keeping your home clean for longer. There's a plethora of settings on offer that include the possibility to schedule cleaning appointments and adjust a number of different preferences. These settings can be adjusted via the app, or via direct buttons on the device itself. The app is simple to use and offers many options for customizing the cleaning routine, and there are many features that other robots don't include, such as the Clean Genius mode that automatically boosts suction power when it detects dust particles rather than using the manual setting. The L20 Ultra is also one of the most elegant robots we've seen in the market, with a white and metallic design that looks elegant and classy. It's heavier than some of the other two-in-one robots on this list – at 4kg – but it's not obscenely heavy either, and it feels robust and well built. The mopping design is also excellent, and the double rotating mop works well on hard floors as well as in corners. They can also reach down to 2mm of baseboards due to the MopExtend feature, which is a nice touch.
